We try to answer questions daily. Questions are not posted until they are answered.

Here are answers to the commonly asked questions about where to resell Painted Ponies, and what their current value is:

When collectors choose to resell their Painted Ponies, we recommend doing so on eBay. There is also a Facebook group, which was set up by Painted Ponies collectors and is not monitored by The Trail of Painted Corporate Office, where you can offer your Painted Ponies for sale. Here is a link to that Facebook group:

To find the current perceived value of your Painted Ponies, we suggest searching on eBay for the same figurine with a similar edition number. If you have an eBay account, you can look up what that particular figurine has sold for recently, and that will give you an even more accurate perceived value.

I have a motorcycle mustang, pre-E,tag still on it, never been touched. 1,947. How can I find out how much it is worth?
Response From Trailmaster:
This is a rare and valuable Pony. As there is no hard and fixed Price Guide for Painted Ponies, the best we can do is mention what previous Ponies like this one have sold for. And that would be between $200-$300. Perhaps more, depending on how badly someone wants to add this to their collection. Good luck.

How to clean painted ponies that have accumulated dust on them
Response From Trailmaster:
We recommend two methods: air spray cannisters used to also clean keyboards, and a soft cotton cloth.

Perhaps you are talking about "The Grey Ghost"? It can be purchased through our Official Store.

I have several painted ponies I have been collecting for years. I recently just moved and 2 of my ponies broke. How do I repair them.
Response From Trailmaster:
Without knowing the location and extent of the damage, we would recommend super glue. Or, you could take the broken figurines to a local crafts or hobby store and ask what they recommend.

Apparently there was a Hafflinger Painted Pony that is now retired. Where can I find a picture or illustration of it?
Response From Trailmaster:
Maybe you can help us. We aren't aware we did a Hafflinger.

Maggie from Florida wrote on June 07, 2016:
I have 2 ponies and want to know how much they are worth. No. 1452 war pony and no. 12210 running with the ancestors?
Response From Trailmaster:
We get a lot of questions about the current worth of a particular Painted Pony. The answer depends on many factors: the condition of the Pony, its edition number, how popular it was when it first came out, whether it was autographed by the artist, if the original packaging was kept, how in-demand it is today, and more.
