Here are answers to the commonly asked questions about where to resell Painted Ponies, and what their current value is:

When collectors choose to resell their Painted Ponies, we recommend doing so on eBay. There is also a Facebook group, which was set up by Painted Ponies collectors and is not monitored by The Trail of Painted Corporate Office, where you can offer your Painted Ponies for sale. To find the current perceived value of your Painted Ponies, we suggest searching on eBay for the same figurine with a similar edition number. If you have an eBay account, you can look up what that particular figurine has sold for recently, and that will give you an even more accurate perceived value.

Yes, we have just finished the approval process of a sensational new Halloween-themed Pony which will be announced later this summer.

Sorry, but we did not produce extra boxes, and most serious collectors, if they have kept the boxes, are going to be reluctant to sell them.

The main difference is the edition number. The higher priced ones are a lower edition number.

Les collectionneurs qui choisissent de revendre leurs figurines Painted Ponies le font généralement sur eBay, où il existe un marché secondaire. La meilleure façon de trouver la valeur perçue actuelle de votre collection Painted Ponies est de rechercher sur eBay les mêmes figurines avec des numéros d'édition similaires. There was only one Pony that was created as a Masterpiece, and that was "War Cry." There were twelve 9" figurines created, and they are: Dream Warrior, Fancy Dancer, Year of the Horse, Medicine Horse, Woodland Hunter, Fetish Pony, Tewa Horse, Happy Trails, Ghost Horse, War Pony and Quarterhorse.

Approximately 120 life-size Painted Ponies were created as part of the original public art project, and most of them were auctioned off so they are no longer "corralled" in one place. in retrospect, we wish we had reserved a group for public display in one place.

1E/1862 was the last edition number for the War Cry Masterpiece, so 1862 were oriduced. This was released as a limited edition for 1 year in 2010.
