Do you have a question for us? Please use this form to ask.

We try to answer questions daily. Questions are not posted until they are answered.

Here are answers to the commonly asked questions about where to resell Painted Ponies, and what their current value is:

When collectors choose to resell their Painted Ponies, we recommend doing so on eBay. There is also a Facebook group, which was set up by Painted Ponies collectors and is not monitored by The Trail of Painted Corporate Office, where you can offer your Painted Ponies for sale. Here is a link to that Facebook group:

To find the current perceived value of your Painted Ponies, we suggest searching on eBay for the same figurine with a similar edition number. If you have an eBay account, you can look up what that particular figurine has sold for recently, and that will give you an even more accurate perceived value.

I am running late with my order - will it still be able to reach me by Christmas?
Response From Trailmaster:
Place it soon and you should be assured of delivery in time for Christmas.

Pam from Temple Tx wrote on November 17, 2013:
when will the next competition be and what will the theme be?
Response From Trailmaster:
We are in discussions with another breed association, and if all goes well, we should have an announcement to make in January.

Sarah from Georgia wrote on November 12, 2013:
Will the Fall Harvest 2013 winners be for sale?
Response From Trailmaster:
In January 2014 we will begin offering winners of previous Fall Harvest art competitions for sale. Depending on collector response, this will be the beginning of a "new" collection within the overall collection. If the response is positive, then chances are good you will find some of the Fall Harvest 2013 winners for sale in the future.

gloria bates from Nesconset, NY wrote on November 12, 2013:
do you have any figurines or ornaments for new babies, or babies in general? Thank you
Response From Trailmaster:
Some of the Summer and Fall Painted Ponies should appeal to younger "collectors-in-training," but as for "babies," not specifically. You might want to consider some of the Holiday figurines and ornaments, however, which Santa would be glad to deliver....

I have ordered Friends Forever and would like to know the measurements of the box the figurine comes in (not the overpack shipping box but the actual box the horse is in). This is being shipped to another address and I need to provide a bag to gift the figurine in.
Response From Trailmaster:
Sorry to get back to you late on this question. The "Friends Forever" box is 10" long, 4 1/2" wide, and 8 1/2" tall.

Jodee from Colorado wrote on November 04, 2013:
Hi, I got the most recent newsletter and it mentioned that 6 more ponies have been retired. I got on the website to find out which ponies got retired, but I only found the ponies that got retired awhile back. Could you please tell me which ponies have been retired? Thanks so much!
Response From Trailmaster:
We had a lot of news to feature on the November Update so we did not call out the Retired Ponies the way we usually do on the website. To check the newly retired Ponies, go to What's New, then to Retired Ponies, and the latest "retirees" should show up. If that doesn't work, you may want to refresh your browser.

Will the Military Pony Contest Winners be available and when?
Response From Trailmaster:
We generally decide on our Painted Pony line-ups six months before their release. We are currently discussing summer 2014, so that would be the earliest. No decisions have been made yet.

I have a couple of original painting by Bonny. How can I learn the dollar value of these beautiful paintings?
Response From Trailmaster:
Bonny did create a wonderful Painted Pony for us, long since retired, but we have no way of knowing what the current value of her paintings is. You should check with one of her galleries.

Cat from Oregon wrote on October 23, 2013:
I have a few retired ceramic ponies. Do you have any suggestions on the best way to find a fair price to list them for sale? Most that I find for sale appear to be resin, not ceramic. Circumstances require that I sell my ponies. I have all original boxes, Styrofoam and tags. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
Response From Trailmaster:
My hope is that the response to this question is read by all the others who have written in with the same basic question: What is the current value of my Painted Pony? The best answer that we can give you is you should check on eBay to see what the same or similar piece is selling for. Factors that will create a price difference include edition number, condition of box, if the piece is signed by an artist, and whether there is someone who is interested in adding your Pony to their collection.

Hazel from Liverpool, England wrote on October 22, 2013:
Hiya I have heard that there is a Clarice Cliff design painted pony is this true? If so any idea where I can purchase this from. Thanks Regards Hazel
Response From Trailmaster:
Clarice may have painted a Pony from one of our kits for a fundraiser or for sale, but we have not crafted a figurine from a design by this artist.
