Do you have a question for us? Please use this form to ask.

We try to answer questions daily. Questions are not posted until they are answered.

Here are answers to the commonly asked questions about where to resell Painted Ponies, and what their current value is:

When collectors choose to resell their Painted Ponies, we recommend doing so on eBay. There is also a Facebook group, which was set up by Painted Ponies collectors and is not monitored by The Trail of Painted Corporate Office, where you can offer your Painted Ponies for sale. Here is a link to that Facebook group:

To find the current perceived value of your Painted Ponies, we suggest searching on eBay for the same figurine with a similar edition number. If you have an eBay account, you can look up what that particular figurine has sold for recently, and that will give you an even more accurate perceived value.

does painted pony make wedding gift for granddaughter wedding
Response From Trailmaster:
We will be featuring a Wedding Pony in the spring release that will make for a wonderful gift.

shanda watson from kentucky wrote on January 16, 2015:
do you have an catalog that you could send out
Response From Trailmaster:
We do not create printed catalogs because we come out with four new Ponies every three months, and a catalog would quickly become out of date. On our website and on our official store you will find a complete and up-to-date list of Painted Pony figurines and ornaments.

Michele Holley from Arizona wrote on January 16, 2015:
What was the very first painted pony?
Response From Trailmaster:
The very first Painted Pony figurines came out in the Winter of 2003, and there were eight Ponies in the collection, including War Pony and Motorcycle Mustang.

My Bells & Elves ornament was broken beyond repair. Do I have any chance of finding a replacement pony? I would prefer to order through an established company as I have heard scary stories about dishonest people on the net. Can you help me? Thank you.
Response From Trailmaster:
I would check with our Official Store, which stands behind all orders and replaces Ponies broken during shipping at no charge.

What is the difference between standard and blue ribbon
Response From Trailmaster:
The Blue Ribbon Edition consists of very, very low numbered Ponies - 0001 through 0012. Otherwise, the castings are the same.-

Is the Holiday traditions by Thomas Kulina going to available for purchase?
Response From Trailmaster:
Thomas did a great job with this Pony. Getting all the detail right on a figurine would be a challenge, but we will give it serious consideration.

Hello, is Wounded Knee an ornament yet? Hello, is Wounded Knee an ornament yet? Why is it SO expensive? Is there a list of ornaments so place? Thank you for your help! Happy New Year, too : )
Response From Trailmaster:
We created a "Trail of Tears" ornament first, and have felt that a "Wounded Knee" ornament would be too close in look and feel.

Alan Nguyen from San Jose wrote on December 26, 2014:

Response From Trailmaster:
For now, we plan to stick with the regular 6" to 8" figurines.
