We try to answer questions daily. Questions are not posted until they are answered.

Here are answers to the commonly asked questions about where to resell Painted Ponies, and what their current value is:

When collectors choose to resell their Painted Ponies, we recommend doing so on eBay. There is also a Facebook group, which was set up by Painted Ponies collectors and is not monitored by The Trail of Painted Corporate Office, where you can offer your Painted Ponies for sale. Here is a link to that Facebook group:

To find the current perceived value of your Painted Ponies, we suggest searching on eBay for the same figurine with a similar edition number. If you have an eBay account, you can look up what that particular figurine has sold for recently, and that will give you an even more accurate perceived value.

Have they ever made a Breast Cancer Awareness painted pony ? Or are they ever going to make one, think they should.
Response From Trailmaster:
We have not created an exclusive "Breast Cancer Awareness" Painted Pony. Proceeds from the sales of the Barbara Eden Painted Pony, "Dreamcatcher," did go to support a number of different breast cancer organizations, however.

Do you have an online gift registry? If not, would you consider adding one? I would like to list my collection and wish list for friends and family to use when considering gifts for me for my birthday and holidays.
Response From Trailmaster:
In fact we do have a feature that accomplishes what you are asking for. Please go to the home page of the Official Trail of Painted Ponies Store, where you will see our Wish List feature. You can use this for your own records, and also send it to friends to let them know the Ponies you have, and the ones you would like.

I would like to know what is the best thing to remove black acrylic paint with, I made a mistake on my paint your own pony
Response From Trailmaster:
Acetone or mineral spirits, available at Home Depot, should do the job.

Ivy from Colorado wrote on January 06, 2013:
Is there a way to repair the pony ornaments? I dropped one of my poinies and it was so fragile it broke both front legs. Do you know of someone who repairs them? Ivy
Response From Trailmaster:
The person who repairs broken ornaments and figurines for us uses super glue, and then tries to match the paint to hide the cracks.

Sally from Kentucky wrote on January 05, 2013:
I am trying to find "cases" to display and protect my ponies. Where can I find individual cases that are sized for one horse?
Response From Trailmaster:
We wish we had a good answer, because we have looked to. A good way of displaying a collection of around twelve is in the glass display cabinets available through Ikea. They are also designed to accomodate good lighting.

Beckie Endebrock from Cypress, Texas wrote on January 05, 2013:
Will there be an autographed edition of "Harmony"
Response From Trailmaster:
The Trail will not be offering an Autographed Edition of "Painted Harmony," but the artist has expressed an interest in setting aside a certain number of "Painted Harmony" figurines that she will personally sign for collectors.
