We try to answer questions daily. Questions are not posted until they are answered.

Here are answers to the commonly asked questions about where to resell Painted Ponies, and what their current value is:

When collectors choose to resell their Painted Ponies, we recommend doing so on eBay. There is also a Facebook group, which was set up by Painted Ponies collectors and is not monitored by The Trail of Painted Corporate Office, where you can offer your Painted Ponies for sale. Here is a link to that Facebook group:

To find the current perceived value of your Painted Ponies, we suggest searching on eBay for the same figurine with a similar edition number. If you have an eBay account, you can look up what that particular figurine has sold for recently, and that will give you an even more accurate perceived value.

Hi, A few years ago I purchased two of your pony statues, the Unconquered tribute to 9-11. I kept one and gave one to my sister. My sister recently passed away and I want to gift her statue to a friend. She lost or miss placed the flag that goes with the statue. I was wondering if you would have a replacement flag that I could purchase from you? Best, Cynthia Wandel
Response From Trailmaster:
Sorry, Cynthia, but we don't produce extra flags for this figurine.

WHAT IS the significance of ponies with 1E/blank? is it a test manufactured piece
Response From Trailmaster:
Most likely it is an oversight, since the Ponies are hand-numbered.

Are there Painted Ponies named after and designed like real horses? Such as Big Ben
Response From Trailmaster:
There are a number of "Beauty of the Breed" Painted Ponies figurines that have been created, to honor specific horse breeds. To see these, please past the URL shown here into your browser: https://www.trailofpaintedponies.com/new_releases_beauty-of-the-breed.php

I Have 4 of these ponies I purchased probably 15+ yrs ago and would 1st ilke to know the value..I had no Idead at the time they were from a "number" collectio..
Response From Trailmaster:
The “perceived value” of any particular Painted Pony depends on a number of factors. We recommend checking on eBay for the same figurine with a similar edition number to find the current "perceived value." When searching on eBay, be sure to look for the price a figurine has sold for to get the most accurate price. We do know that Autographed, Retired and Low Edition Painted Ponies appreciate quickly in value.

I am looking for a Painted Pony entitled THE ARTIST, I believe was released in 2005/
Response From Trailmaster:
"The Artist" is a retired figurine and no longer available directly through The Trail of Painted Ponies Official Store. You may be able to find it online through another seller if you search for "The Artist Painted Ponies."

Hi. I have a motorcycle mustang painted ponie. it is numbered 0826 with no E number. Is this a first edition, and if so, how many were produced for this first edition.
Response From Trailmaster:
The figurine you have is considered a "Pre-E." There were 6 resin figurines in the first release of Painted Ponies in Winter 2003 that were produced without the "1E" before the edition number, up to 3,600. There are 10,000 figurines in each edition, then the 2nd Edition begins, and this continues until the figurine is retired.

At this time, The Trail of Painted Ponies does not have plans to craft a "Spirit of Christmas Future" figurine.
