Calling All Artists...
Every year The Trail of Painted Ponies releases new Holiday figurines and corresponding ornaments. These are extremely popular among collectors, and everyone looks forward to seeing which holiday designs will become the next Painted Ponies. In order to keep the designs fresh and exciting, The Trail hosts a Holiday Design Contest each year, and ask artists to submit their designs for consideration. The most outstanding designs may be crafted into figurines and ornaments in the future.
Deadline: Friday, February 28, 2025

Paper Submissions: Artists may submit designs on paper by downloading one of the 11 Pony Forms from The Trail of Painted Ponies. Select from the submission forms below.
Judging Criteria
Designs will be evaluated for beauty, the skill with which the design is rendered, the creative use of the horse form, the originality of the design and the concept or story behind the design.

We assume all entries are original and are the works and property of the entrant, with all rights granted therein. We are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
